Well done

Thanks everyone for being part of a fantastic weekend of swimming at the Swimming Nelson Marlborough Championships.

Thanks to all those who managed, coached, took on official roles, and recorded important information.

Thanks too, to those who gave up their time on Friday and again today to assist with the set up of blocks and timing pads and all the things that make the meet work. It took a village to put the weekend together.

Congratulations to our team of swimmers who raced hard all weekend; to those who got pbs, those who tried new events or new race strategies, the adults who bravely raced in our new relay and drew the largest crowds, and finally to those who gained medals and overall age group trophies. We’re proud of all of Team Tasman and SNM friends today.

Safe travels to those heading back to Blenheim and beyond.
