TASMAN SWIM CLUB

Welcome to the Tasman Swim Club Incorporated.
We are a non-profit club for those who enjoy swimming, and who want to compete against their peers. The age of swimmers ranges from 6 to over 18.

The Club, together with its coaching and training partner the Tasman Magic Academy at the Richmond Aquatic Centre, train all year round, primarily based at the Richmond Aquatic Centre with our senior swimmers also training at Nayland Pool during the summer.

Our training sessions will be as below from the 4th of November 2024:

Junior Squad 2 day and 3 day
Monday – Thursday 3.30 -4.30pm

Intermediate Squad (4 - 5 sessions per week)
Monday - Thursday 4:15 - 5:30 pm
Friday 3:45 - 5:00 pm

Age Squad (6 sessions per week plus 1 land session)
Monday - 5:40 - 7:30 am, 5:15 - 7:00 pm
Tuesday - 5:10 - 7:30 am, Dryland 4:15 - 5:15 pm, 5:15 - 7:00 pm
Wednesday - 5:15 - 7:00 pm
Thursday - 5:15 - 7:30 pm
Friday - 5:40 - 7:30 am
Saturday - 5:40 - 8:00 am,

National Squad (8 sessions per week plus 2 land sessions)
Monday - 5:10 - 7:30 am, 5:15 - 7:00 pm
Tuesday - 5:10 - 7:30 am, Dryland 4:15 - 5:15 pm, 5:15 - 7:30 pm
Wednesday - Gym 4:15 - 5:15 pm, 5:15 - 7:00 pm
Thursday - 5:15 - 7:30 pm
Friday - 5:10 - 7:30 am
Saturday - 5:40 - 8:00 am

Multi-Class Squad (1 session)
Friday - 5 pm - 6 pm

All club members are encouraged to participate in swimming competitions (meets) which range from local inter-club carnivals through to national/international level competitions.

The Club, together with Tasman Magic Academy, hold Squad Racing nights once a term so that all members can gain some competition experience in a fun environment and socialise with each other. Keep an eye on our calendar to find out when the next one is on.
